How to Order:

1. Select the tape width.

2. Select the number of rolls you want (Quantity).

3. Check out.

4. After placing your order, please send us your logo, image or text at yim3000@gmail.com. 

Please note that we can only print the content you own or have permission to use. We don't print copyrighted materials. 

🌱 If you want to send us a message, you can either use Contact Us page at the bottom of the site or enter your message in Special Note section at checkout. 

Process
1. You place an order.
2. Either you send us what you want to print (at yim3000@gmail.com) or we send you a message about what we need such as logo, text, image etc.
3. We create a mock up and send it to you for confirmation before printing. Please pay attention to your email messages. That's where we will be sending mockups. 
4. Printing starts once we get your confirmation.
Printing takes 1~2 weeks.
Volume orders print much faster (a few business days).

Please allow extra processing and shipping time around the holidays.

Shipping Time
Standard Shipping takes 1~2 weeks to the US after we ship.
2~3 weeks to most countries.

Express Shipping via FedEx takes 3-5 business days.

Due to the nature of personalized items, we can not accept exchanges or returns. However, please let us know if your order is damaged or has any issues. We will take care of it. :)
